The kitchen open to the living-dining room is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge, toaster, electric coffee machine, kettle and a complete kitchenware. There is a small utility room with washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

The large garden area of the terrace is equipped with a barbecue, individual sunbeds, terrace tables and chairs and a swimming pool with Roman steps.

The villa has a safe, private parking, cot and high chair for the little ones.
