Booking Conditions

We are very pleased that you make us part of this new tourist experience, choosing our Ereza Hotels & Resorts establishments as a place to enjoy and relax. That is why we inform you of the following conditions when booking in our establishments.

The confirmation of a reservation at Ereza Hotels & Resorts, is understood to be a contract between the company and the client in which the client accepts the security and service policies indicated in each establishment, in addition to the conditions indicated in this section from the confirmation of reservation until the end of the accommodation period.


The services to be booked will be mainly accommodation. In our establishments, where meal services understood as Regime are offered, the customer may choose from the following options;

 Accommodation and Breakfast:   Includes accommodation plus daily breakfast on the days of the stay.

Half Board:  Includes accommodation and daily breakfast and dinner services on the days of the stay.

All inclusive:   Includes accommodation and breakfast, lunch and dinner services on the days of the stay. In addition, a  variety of drinks, snacks and ice creams indicated in  the establishment’s drinks menu are also included.

Hotel guests under 18 years of age who stay in our establishments must be accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults who are of legal age in force in Spain. Hotel staff may require documentation that identifies adults as their parents/guardians or authorized persons.

The accommodation of animals is expressly prohibited in all Ereza Hotels & Resorts establishments. The introduction by the client of animals in our establishments will allow Ereza Hotels & Resorts to immediately terminate the contract with the client and end the accommodation in it.

The right to use the room and facilities of the establishment in which the client confirms the reservation is expressly for the persons indicated in the reservation. The introduction of foreign persons not registered as guests by the client will allow Ereza Hotels & Resorts to immediately terminate the contract with the client and end the accommodation in it.

The value of the stay to be paid is understood for the accommodation in the establishment from the day of arrival from 15:00 until the day of departure at 12:00, including the services of only Accommodation or Accommodation + Regime according to the type of establishment booked.

Payment services as extras in each accommodation are not included in the reservation price. The prices of these services are indicated in each establishment and may be charged to your room for payment on the day of departure or if the client wishes, they may be paid at the time of using them.

To confirm a reservation, payment can be made by credit card via phone, email or system where the reservation is created, or in cash directly at the chosen establishment 7 days before the day of arrival of the stay. In case of not confirming the payment within the indicated period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of not receiving communication from the client.

For the cancellation of a previously confirmed reservation there will be no cost when the cancellation is notified 7 days before the day of arrival at the accommodation. By wishing to cancel the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival at the accommodation or if clients do not show up on the scheduled arrival day, Ereza Hotels & Resorts will invoice the first night of the stay and will return to the customer the difference of the payment already made.

For those reservations made through third parties such as travel agencies or companies, Ereza Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for the conditions in which the client confirms the reservation with the mentioned third parties. Therefore, the payment and the cancellation conditions will be indicated by the agents or companies with which the client made the contract.
