For the safety of your belongings, there is a safe deposit box in your room, which can be rented by day or by week. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of undeclared money and personal belongings that have not been stored in the safe deposit box.

Laundry
The complex has a self-service laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The opening hours are from 09:00am to 08:00pm from Monday to Sunday.

Bicycle hire, car hire, organised excursions, information about the island, taxi requests, bus timetables, etc. We will be happy to give you all this information at the reception desk.
Swimming pool
Timetable
In the summer: 09:00am – 7:00pm
In the winter: 09:00am – 6:00pm
For the proper treatment and cleaning of the pool, please do not use it outside its opening hours.
Hammocks
It is not allowed to occupy hammocks with towels or other objects if you are not going to use them immediately. The space belongs to everyone and must be shared.
Standards and use
In case of queries or emergencies please contact our most immediate staff.
Pool users must take a shower before entering the pool. For your own safety, it is forbidden to dive in head first. Please follow the instructions of the safety guards at all times. The use of crystal pots or glassware in the pool area is strictly forbidden.

Bed and Breakfast: This service includes breakfast during your stay. Drinks during breakfast are included.
Half Board: Includes breakfast and dinner services. Drinks are included in the restaurant. At the pool bar they will be charged separately.
All Inclusive: Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as local drinks and snacks at the Pool Bar.

Rooms
Arrival day:
The entry time in the rooms is from 3:00 p.m. Therefore, all contracted services will begin with the delivery of the key/card once your room has been handed to you.
Departure day:
On the departure day we kindly ask you to leave your room before 12:00h, at which time the extra services contracted would also end. If you wish to check out later, please ask our team about the availability of the Late Checkout service for an extra charge.
Cleaning:
The apartments are cleaned 3 times a week between 09:00am and 05:00pm on the corresponding day. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week.
Balconies and Terraces:
When hanging out your towel, please use the drying rack and never the railings. For safety reasons, please make sure that the doors are properly closed before leaving the room.
Fire:
An evacuation plan for fire and other emergencies is located behind the entrance door. Please take a few minutes to read it in order to know what to do in case something occurs.
Furnishings:
It is not allowed to take the furniture out of the rooms onto the balcony, terrace or other rooms.
Other information
Smoking is prohibited:
We would like to remind you that smoking is not allowed inside our hotel, in accordance with the Spanish anti-smoking law 25/2005. Therefore, smoking is only allowed in the open spaces.
Silence:
Please be quiet in the common areas and corridors after 11:00pm in order to respect the rest of the guests.
