For the safety of your belongings, you have a safe deposit box in your room, which can be rented by the day or by the week. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or misplacement of undeclared money and personal belongings that have not been stored in the safe deposit box.

Swimming pool

Opening hours Summer: 10 am – 7 pm Winter: 9 am – 6 pm For the proper treatment and cleaning of the pool, please do not use it outside its opening hours.

Hammocks
It is not allowed to occupy hammocks with towels or other objects if you are not going to use them immediately. The space belongs to everyone and must be shared.

Norms and use
In case of any queries or emergencies please contact with the staff nearest to you. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool. For your own safety, it is forbidden to dive in head first. Please follow the instructions of the pool lifeguards at all times. The use of glass pots or glassware in the pool area is strictly forbidden.

You may enjoy our sauna service. Please request information and terms and conditions at reception desk. On the north deck, Balinese loungers, hammocks and jacuzzis are also at your disposal for the proper use of our facilities during the hours indicated.

Entertainment, music and shows. Check out the weekly programme and join the party.

Half board:: Includes breakfast and dinner. Drinks are included in the restaurant. At the pool bar they are charged separately.

All Inclusive: Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as local drinks and snacks at the Pool Bar.

Snack timetable:

Room service: Room service is available for our guests. You may consult the menu in your room. All Inclusive guests will benefit of a 25% discount.

Mar Dorado Restaurant: Mar Dorado is the hotel’s à la carte restaurant. It offers splendid views of the sea. All hotel guests will benefit of a 20% discount.

12.00h – 10.00pm

Rooms

Arrival day
Check-in time for the rooms is from 3:00pm. Therefore, all contracted services will start with the handover of the key/card once your room has been given to you.

Departure day
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room before 12:00 h, when the extra services contracted will end. If you wish to check out later, please ask our staff about the availability of the Late Checkout service for an extra charge.

Minibar
Minibar service is available with extra charge. For all-inclusive guests a 25% discount will be applied.

Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned daily between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. Towels are changed daily, unless you, consciously collaborating with the environmental conservation, leave them hung up for a second use. Sheets are changed once a week.

Balconies and terraces

When hanging out your towel, please use the clothesline and never the railings. For safety reasons, please make sure that the doors are properly closed before leaving the room.

Fire
An evacuation plan for fire and other emergencies is located behind the entrance door. Please take a few minutes to read it in order to know what to do if something occurs.

Furniture
It is not allowed to take the furniture out of the rooms onto the balcony, terrace or other rooms.

Complimentary amenities
You will find a complimentary bottle of water in your room upon arrival. For your comfort you may also make use of the bathrobe, which is available in all rooms.

Other Information

No smoking

We would like to remind you that smoking is not allowed inside our hotel, in accordance with the Spanish anti-smoking law 25/2005. Therefore, smoking is only permitted in the open spaces.

Silence

Please keep quiet in the common areas and corridors after 11:00 pm in order to respect the rest of all the guests.

Energy

Nature provides our planet with precious resources that help us to carry out our daily lives: the eolic energy of the winds, the water of our sea and the warmth of the wonderful sun. We should thank nature for these resources and work together to maintain them. Therefore, the electricity in the rooms works with a card system that disconnects the energy when the card is removed to save energy consumption. For less waste, remember to always turn off what you are not using while you are in the room.
