Each apartment, measuring approximately 70 m², offers a comfortable and well-distributed space: two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room, and a bathroom. Everything is prepared for you to enjoy a practical and comfortable stay.
The building is located on a quiet semi-pedestrian street, just a minute and a half’s walk from the sea and a stone’s throw from the main shopping and leisure areas of Arrecife.
In the surrounding area, you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Additionally, within a very short distance, there are car parks, as well as bus and taxi ranks, making it as easy as possible to travel around the island.
