Conditions for best price guarantee:
- The best price guarantee offers the best rates and conditions to our most loyal customers.
- If, once you have made a reservation for any of our establishments, you find a cheaper price on another website or on our own website, we will match it.
- The prior reservation must be a firm reservation that has already been confirmed by the hotel.
- Conditions relating to the best price guarantee are only valid for a period of 48 hours from confirmation of booking.
- In order to be able to adjust the rate you must fill in and send us the relevant form along with a screenshot of the booking conditions that reflects the final price and the exact date and time the booking was confirmed.
- Requirements for price matching are: same hotel, same room type, same dates of stay, same board type (full, half, all-inclusive…), same cancellation conditions and payment terms, same number of persons, same currency.
- The booking is only valid if it is not bundled with a flight. Valid for hotel bookings only.
- We will reply to your request within 72 hours.
How does the procedure work?
Requesting the Best Price Guarantee on www.ereza.es is very simple.
Before finalising your booking:
- If you find a cheaper net price with the same conditions (as detailed in the Terms and Conditions on any online shop), just send us the link using the form provided.
- Our agents will check the rate and conditions in real time.
- Once we have confirmed that the cheapest rate found complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send a confirmation of the booking via email.
- If the rate mentioned does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and, as such, cannot be accepted, we will explain the reasons for non-acceptance.
Up to 48 hours after finalising your booking:
- If you find a cheaper net price (excluding VAT and other taxes) with the same conditions (as detailed in the Terms and Conditions) in any online shop within 48 hours of completing the Best Price Guarantee form. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings made less than 48 hours prior to the hotel arrival date.
- You must attach a screenshot of the website where you have seen the cheaper price.
- You will receive a reply within a maximum of 72 working hours.
- Once we have confirmed that the request complies with the Terms and Conditions, we will send an email confirming the new booking.
- If the request does not comply with the Terms and Conditions and is therefore not accepted, we will send an email justifying the response.
